TERMS OF SALE

The goods will remain the sole property of L.K. Tools & Equipment Ltd. until paid for in full by the Buyer. The payment will be considered to be made in full only after it is "cleared", i.e., after the money from the Buyer has been deposited into L.K. Tools & Equipment Ltd.’s account. If the payment is not cleared, L.K. Tools & Equipment Ltd. will have the right to repossess the goods without objection from the Buyer.

The Buyer affirms that all used and/or surplus merchandise is sold “as is”, on a non-returnable basis with no warranty coverage. Warranty coverage for new tools and equipment will be provided subject to the terms and conditions specified by the importer/supplier and requires a copy of the original invoice and proof of payment.

New items may be returned to the store where purchased – unused, undamaged and in their original packaging – within 30 days of the purchase date together with the original Invoice. Used, surplus or customized items may not be returned.
